News: Prachanda calls on PM
Politics
KATHMANDU, NOV 20 - Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal on Friday morning said that the Maoists are positive about the House resumption for budget endorsement.
Emerging from the meeting with UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, PM Nepal said that a middle path would be sought to settle the row over President's move that prompted the Maoists to quit the government.

Prime Minister Nepal said the contentious issues would be sorted out through dialogues after the arrival of Nepali Congress President Girija Prasad Koirala from Singapore.

On the occasion, the Prime Minister informed the Maoist chairman about the issues that has cropped up because of the delay in annual budget approval.

Meanwhile, Dahal reiterated that all the issues would be resolved in ‘a package’ and added that the Maoists would take decision on whether to resort to agitation or consensus within Saturday.
